Returns & Exchanges

Non-Hygienic Products

Non-hygienic items may be eligible for return only if:

The item is unused
It is in its original condition and packaging
The return request is made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery


Hygienic & Personal Care Products

For health and safety reasons, hygienic and personal care items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:

Menstrual products
Reusable pads
Diapers and diaper inserts
Any item intended for intimate or personal use

This policy applies regardless of packaging condition and once the product is hygienic in nature or has been used.


Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective, you must:

  1. Contact Thrive & Shine via WhatsApp at (868) 762-6358 within a reasonable time of delivery

  2. Provide clear proof of the defect (photos, videos, or supporting evidence)

  3. Allow Thrive & Shine the opportunity to assess the issue and explore reasonable solutions, which may include troubleshooting, replacement, or alternative remedies

 


 

Refunds

Refunds are considered only where substantial proof confirms a defect
All reasonable resolution options must first be explored
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Delivery Responsibility

Thrive & Shine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services once packages have been dispatched.
